of $50.00 per week or $100.00 per month, plus applicable taxes
(this is the maximum occupancy per studio). During our peak
season, monthly reservation requests are put on a wait list

front desk. We are closed on weekends and most holidays.
For your information, the Polynesian Plaza
is an apartment building and not a full-service
hotel.
We do not
offer maid service or private telephones in the rooms.
There is a public payphone and coin operated laundry machines
within the building for your convenience.
We are on the main avenue in Waikiki and the beach is a
short walk away. The shops, restaurants and bus line are at
your doorstep, as well as a friendly staff to make you feel at
home.

--------------------DISCLOSURE
STATEMENT---------------The
Polynesian Plaza has a "NO REFUND" policy, in the
event of a cancellation or unanticipated early departure.
Charges are calculated in U.S. Dollars and are subject to
tax. The tax rate is as follows: 7.25% Transient
Accommodations Tax; and 4.166% Hawaii State Tax.
TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION:
A $100.00 Non-Refundable Advanced
Rental Payment is required to confirm a reservation
(based on availability). Upon receipt of this payment,
written confirmation is sent, contingent of course, upon
availability.
- For arrivals after office hours, which are
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, an advanced
rental payment of at least one week's charges is required;
and is determined at the sole discretion of the General
Manager.
- Upon checking in, the balance of the rent
and other additional charges must be paid. We do not accept
personal out-of-state checks. All payments must be made by
cashier's or bank check, money order, traveler's checks,
credit cards or cash.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit in the amount of
$100.00 is required. The security deposit is paid in
addition to rent and is held as security for the duration of
the reservation. The security deposit is refundable after
your stay provided that all check out requirements are met.
Charges for damages, cleaning, missing or damaged items will
be deducted from the security deposit prior to refund.
Security deposits can be paid in any form EXCEPT credit
cards and personal out-of-state checks.
ROOM CAPACITY / THIRD PARTY CHARGES:
Vacation rental rates are based on one or
two people. Each studio can comfortably accommodate up to a
maximum of three (3) people only. Third party charges are:
Weekly - $50.00/week plus tax; Monthly $100.00/month plus
tax.
MINIMUM REQUIRED RESERVATION:
There is a minimum seven (7) day
requirement. One week is based on the day of check in, for
seven (7) nights. Additional nights are pro-rated by diving
the weekly rate by seven.
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS:
A monthly term is based on the date of
check-in until the same date one month later (i.e. January
3rd until the day of February 3rd, 15th to 15th, etc.).
Additional nights are pro-rated by dividing the monthly rate
by thirty.
CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS:
Check out time is 12:00 noon. Guests are
required to leave their apartments in a "MOVE IN" condition,
as it was found at the time of check-in (including but not
limited to cleaning of the apartment interior, bathroom,
water closet, toilet; wash, dry and fold linens and towels;
vacuum carpet - vacuum provided by the office, to avoid a
minimum $55.00 cleaning charge ). Each guest is responsible
for the care of their own apartment
and all its contents, as well as the reading of
clearly posted signs and notices that directly affect guests
during their stay.
There are no guarantees for room
preference. All special requests for room type or
preference are taken into consideration and accommodated
based on availability.
The Polynesian Plaza is not responsible
for charges incurred for parking, telephone service or any
other service not provided by such.
